IMPORTANT COVID-19 NOTICE!

The COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving, and we THANK YOU for your PATIENCE and LOYALTY as we all adapt! We are in compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines for essential businesses and we are doing everything in our power to keep your family and our staff safe!

Please call before coming if you, or anyone attending the appointment, has any of the following:

Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath
Chills or shaking

Fatigue
Muscle aches and pains
Headaches
Loss of taste or smell

Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea

Has had close contact in the past two weeks with someone who has COVID-19.

  • We allow just ONE healthy caregiver to escort the patient or patients into the lobby for check in AND to the exam room for the appointment.
  • Please allow for siblings and additional family members to remain at home.
  • After checking in, you may wait in your car and we will call you when the doctor is ready to see you. If you choose to wait in our lobby, please practice appropriate social distancing.
  • We are asking caregivers and all patients over age 2 to wear masks covering both the mouth and nose, in compliance with current CDC recommendations.
 

Growing Together Pediatrics

Dr. John Smith was born and raised in Minnesota. He received his degree from the University of Minnesota in 1990. He practiced in Minneapolis for ten years. Dr. Smith entered the Master's Degree program in at the University of Minnesota in 2000.
